Yes, you read that right.

We overspent 100k last September.

For some people, this is already worth 3-5 months of their living expenses.

But bear with me and read through how we overspent and why we still HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to budget.

It’s the beginning of the month. October is here! 😁 

And what do we usually do at the beginning of the month?

We take a look at our spending last month and adjust our budgeting for this month.

Please note that this is in Philippine Peso, and we also included all our business expenses.

We hired two new full-time social media managers to help us manage the social media accounts of our clients.

We also paid some real estate fees because we found out that our real estate agent for one of our properties scammed a bunch of people and took all their money.

Thank goodness I always send my payments directly to the developer.

I know we have overspent but it’s okay because we still ended the month with almost 100k.

We still lived below our means. I still grew our savings and investments.

And that’s why I am sharing this. To inspire you to also live below your means.

Do not spend money that you don’t have.
